Bring a vintage wooden centerpiece and a polished photo experience to your celebration. Our Oakwood booth pairs a professional DSLR camera and flattering lighting with an iPad-powered experience for photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and short video moments. A dedicated attendant manages the booth throughout your event.

Classic Oak Digital — 2 hours — $795
Unlimited guest sessions during service, digital delivery by text, email, or QR code, and a private post-event gallery.

Classic Oak Print — 2 hours — $995
Everything in Classic Oak Digital, plus professional on-site printing, a personalized print design, and a choice of 2×6 strips or 4×6 keepsakes. Standard session copies plus one extra copy per session are included.

Signature Oak Digital — 3 hours — $995
Everything in Classic Oak, with an additional hour of guest access.

Oakwood Print Experience — 3 hours — $1,195
Everything in Signature Oak, plus professional on-site printing, a personalized print design, and a choice of 2×6 strips or 4×6 keepsakes. Standard session copies plus one extra copy per session are included. Additional copies and specialty arrangements can be quoted for your guest count.

Photo Style Options & Glam Upgrade

Classic color, standard black and white, vintage-style, and preset color photo effects are available by request at no added style fee. Choose your photo look during event planning.

Glam Portrait Upgrade — $100 per event: A polished color or black-and-white still-photo finish using Touchpix Glam effects, with a portrait-style photo design. We will test and approve the final look with your backdrop and lighting before the event. The upgrade applies to still photos; GIFs, boomerangs, and videos keep their regular styling.

Digital sharing follows your selected package. On-site 2×6 or 4×6 prints are included only with an Oakwood print package; choosing the 4×6 format does not add another print-format fee. A white or other dedicated backdrop, extra service time, travel beyond our standard area, and additional print arrangements are quoted separately.

We will confirm your preferred capture modes and print format in planning. Backdrops, travel beyond the standard service area, additional hours, guest books, custom props, and expanded branding are quoted separately. Corporate activations and extended coverage are customized for the event.
