On-site 2×6 photo strips or 4×6 prints can be included in your custom proposal. Print volume and service time are planned around your expected attendance.

360 Video Activation

Invite guests to step onto the platform for a short, shareable video moment. We can tailor the video overlay and event presentation to your campaign or celebration, with an attendant to guide the experience.

Ask about a 360 activation on its own or paired with the Oakwood booth for two ways to engage your guests.

Interactive Keepsake Stations

Extend the experience beyond the booth with a hands-on station. Our custom keychain station gives guests a personalized keepsake made during the event. We can also discuss other creative stations and branded favors that fit your audience and event goals.

Station format, materials, and quantities are tailored to your guest count and selected experience.

Make It Yours

Branding options may include a custom welcome screen, logo placement, branded photo or video overlays, a custom print design, event-specific props, a branded backdrop or step-and-repeat, and a shareable gallery. We can discuss bilingual English and Spanish guest-facing details for your event.

Additional hours, half-day, full-day, and multi-day activations are available upon request. We can also plan a combined booth and keepsake experience.
