Oakwood DSLR Photo Booth

Our handcrafted wooden booth offers professional DSLR photos, a personalized template, digital sharing, an online gallery, and an on-site attendant. Explore the Oakwood booth.

Print & Pose

Guests can leave with customized 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints. We plan print quantities around the event's expected attendance and service window.

360 Video Booth

A shareable video activation that adds movement and energy to the guest experience. Explore the 360 booth.

Photo Keychain Station

An interactive keepsake station where event photos become personalized keychains. It can be offered on its own or paired with a booth. Explore the keychain experience.

Designed to Work With Your Space

We’ll discuss the best placement, power access, load-in, setup time, guest flow, and any venue requirements before confirming an event. For planning, the Oakwood booth generally needs about 8×8 feet, while a 360 setup may need about 10×10 feet and clear space around its arm. Printing and keychain production can need additional table and queue space.

Standard and custom backdrops, step-and-repeats, themed props, and other enhancements can be planned to complement your room and your client's design. English and Spanish guest-facing support can be arranged for the event.

Ways to Collaborate

Venue packages: Include an experience in a package you present to your clients.

Client upgrades: Offer a booth or keepsake station as an optional addition to an existing venue booking.

One-time events: Bring us in when a client requests an interactive experience or your team is planning its own event.

We’ll review your venue, event volume, and preferred booking process, then share private partner options after an introductory conversation. Event scope, availability, and pricing are confirmed in an individual proposal and agreement. Any referral arrangement is discussed separately.
