Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)

Shipment Processing & Production Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our home-based business.

· Production/Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and production of your customized items (personalized labels, T-shirts, gym clothes, etc.). This time is necessary to ensure the highest quality for your custom order.
· Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.

We are not responsible for any delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Transit times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, the shipping destination, and the delivery speed.

Our primary shipping carriers are USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. Common methods include:

· USPS First Class Mail (for lighter packages like labels and check bags)
· USPS Priority Mail
· UPS Ground

Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $100 within the continental United States.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. We only ship within the 50 United States.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Custom and Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products (personalized labels, T-shirts, gym clothes, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please see our Return Policy for more details. Please double-check your customization selections (spelling, sizes, colors) before completing your purchase.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
PINKlockerz LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact your local post office and/or the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim.

If your package is lost in transit before being marked as delivered, please contact us at contact@muvayaya.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@muvayaya.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to find a solution.
