How It Works

After your order is placed, you will be contacted to confirm your design details. Please make sure your phone number and email address are correct at checkout.

You may be asked to provide:

Name or wording for the design
Theme or color preference
Photos, if you want them included
Event date
Any special design requests

A digital proof will be sent for approval before your custom label is printed. Please review your proof carefully. Once approved, production will begin.

Processing Time

All hookah pens are made to order. Please place your order at least 2–3 weeks before your event to allow enough time for design, approval, production, and shipping or pickup.

Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule and will require an additional rush fee.

Important Details

Because this is a custom product, all sales are final once the design has been approved and production has started.

Please upload or send clear photos for the best print quality. Low-quality, blurry, or screenshot photos may affect the final design.

Custom designs are created based on the details provided by the customer. Please double-check all names, dates, spelling, and wording before approving your proof.

Shipping & Pickup

Shipping time is separate from processing time. Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after your order has been completed and shipped.

Local pickup may be available if selected or arranged.
