Turn your event photos into personalized keepsakes your guests can take home the same day. Our Luxe Keychain Photo Booth Experience combines the Oakwood Photo Booth with a staffed, on-site keychain station.

Keychain Styles

Round Photo Keychain — a compact round keepsake made from your guest’s selected photo.

Mini Photo Strip Keychain — an elongated mini photo-strip keepsake.

Available finishes may include pearl, black leather and cream leather. Style and finish selections are confirmed before your event and are subject to inventory availability.

Luxe 75 — up to 75 personalized keychains — 3 hours — $675

Luxe 100 — up to 100 personalized keychains — 4 hours — $799

Every Experience Includes

Oakwood Photo Booth, unlimited digital photo sessions during your reserved service time, your selected maximum quantity of personalized keychains, on-site printing and keychain creation, custom event photo design, instant digital sharing, backdrop, props, two professional attendants, setup and breakdown.

Guests do not need to receive a keychain to use the Photo Booth. Digital sessions remain unlimited throughout the contracted activation time.

Traditional Prints

The experience is digital-first, and the prints needed to create your reserved keychains are included. When permitted by the event host and venue, traditional prints may also be available for purchase on-site: 4×6 photo $5, 2×6 photo strip set $5, additional copy of the same print $3.

Important Inventory & Guest Participation Policy

Package quantities are listed as up to the number of keychains reserved and represent the maximum quantity made available during the contracted service time. Guest participation varies, and Luxe Spin Studio does not guarantee that every reserved keychain will be selected, created, or distributed during the event.

Unused keychains, inserts, accessories, and other service materials remain the property of Luxe Spin Studio unless otherwise agreed to in writing before the event. Unused quantities are not produced after the event, are not refundable, do not create a credit, and are not owed to the client or guests.

Additional keychains should be reserved in advance and are subject to production capacity and inventory.

Important Booking Information

A signed service agreement and 50% retainer are required to reserve your date. Travel outside our standard service area, additional service time and specialty customization may incur additional fees.

Luxe Spin Studio
The Photo Booth Is Just the Start.

Glam Portrait Upgrade

$100 per event: Request a polished color or black-and-white still-photo look using Touchpix Glam effects on the Oakwood booth. We will test and approve the finish with your event lighting and design. The effect applies to still photos and is available for digital photos and compatible keychain photo layouts; keychain quantities and traditional print terms remain those of your selected package.

Event Logistics & Policies

Service time: Package hours represent active guest-facing Photo Booth and keychain service. Standard setup and breakdown occur outside the activation time unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Space & power: Adequate space and electrical access are required for the Oakwood Photo Booth, printer, keychain production area, supplies, and attendants. Final footprint requirements are confirmed during event planning.

Branding deadline: Logos, event colors, sponsor assets, keychain artwork, and other required design materials should be submitted at least 7 days before the event. Late requests or substantial changes after approval are subject to availability and may incur a rush or redesign fee.

Internet & digital sharing: Instant digital sharing requires adequate Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity. If reliable connectivity is unavailable, photography, on-site printing, and keychain production can continue; undelivered digital content can be made available after the event.

Venue access: Client is responsible for adequate space, power, reasonable loading/setup access, and any venue approvals required for installation. Extended early setup, standby periods, idle time, difficult loading conditions, or unusual access requirements may incur an additional fee.

Insurance: Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request. Venue-specific wording or additional insured requirements should be provided before the event.

Additional event costs: Travel, tolls, parking, venue-required fees, specialty backdrops, custom fabrication, additional staffing, and other event-specific production requirements may be added to the final quote.
