Shirt Sizes

Standard bundle pricing applies to youth sizes and adult sizes through Large.

Extended-size charges apply per shirt:

• Adult XL: +$1
• Adult 2XL: +$3
• Adult 3XL: +$4
• Adult 4XL: +$5
• Adult 5XL: +$6

Please submit your complete size breakdown when placing your order.

Not every shirt color is available in every youth, adult, or extended size. A comparable shirt brand may be used when necessary.

Print Size and Placement

This bundle includes:

• One standard front print
• One standard back print

Standard print size is based on the shirt size and artwork proportions.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Oversized front prints
• Oversized back prints
• Full wrap-style designs
• Sleeve printing
• Individual names or numbers
• Different wording on each shirt
• Multiple front or back design variations

Small sleeve print: +$4 per shirt

Individual names or numbers: +$5–$8 per shirt

Final pricing may vary based on artwork size, placement, detail, colors, and transfer requirements.

Multiple Designs

Bundle pricing includes one shared front design and one shared back design for the entire order.

Additional design or setup fees apply when shirts require:

• Different employee titles
• Individual names
• Individual numbers
• Different family roles
• Different front wording
• Different back wording
• Multiple logos
• Multiple shirt-design variations

Please contact us for a custom quote when your order includes multiple designs.

Artwork Requirements

Customers may upload high-resolution, print-ready PNG files with transparent backgrounds.

Artwork should be at least 300 DPI for the best printing results.

Please submit a separate file for the front design and the back design.

A custom design fee starting at $75 applies when we are creating the artwork for you.

Additional artwork fees may apply for:

• Background removal
• Low-resolution artwork recreation
• Logo cleanup or vector recreation
• Complex design edits
• Multiple design variations
• Individual names or numbers
• Rebuilding artwork that is not print-ready

The custom design fee includes one original design concept and limited revisions.

Shirt Colors

Available standard shirt colors may include:

• Black
• White
• Gray
• Red
• Blue
• Pink
• Purple
• Green
• Yellow
• Orange

Color availability varies by brand, size, and quantity.

Specialty colors, premium brands, tie-dye shirts, acid-wash shirts, performance shirts, and specialty garments may require an additional charge.

Turnaround Time

Standard production time is approximately 10–14 business days after:

• Full payment is received
• The complete size breakdown is submitted
• Both design files are received
• Final artwork is approved
• All order details are confirmed

Large orders, specialty shirts, multiple designs, and personalized shirts may require additional production time.

Turnaround time does not include shipping or delivery time.

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available depending on shirt inventory, transfer availability, order quantity, and the requested completion date.

Rush production is charged at 25% of the order total, with a $100 minimum rush fee.

Please contact us before purchasing if you need the order completed sooner than the standard turnaround time.

Rush service is not guaranteed until availability has been confirmed.

Important Order Information

Please review all spelling, names, dates, numbers, shirt colors, sizes, and design details before approving your proof.

Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Custom-made products are nonrefundable once production has started.

Colors may appear slightly different on screen than they do on the finished product.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, names, dates, or information submitted and approved by the customer.

How to Order

3. Submit your complete size breakdown.
4. Upload the front and back artwork files.
5. Include all requested wording, names, dates, or numbers.
6. Review and approve your final design proof.
7. Production begins after approval.

For quantities over 50, oversized artwork, specialty garments, multiple designs, individual names, or mixed shirt styles, please contact us for a custom quote before purchasing.
