Build a white-label or co-branded event experience using Luxe Spin Studio as your fulfillment team throughout NYC, Long Island and New Jersey. Partner pricing is confidential and intended for approved partners only.
1. Choose Your Fulfillment Style
Co-Branded Partner Fulfillment
$50 Partner Marketing Credit per booking. Luxe may discreetly identify itself as the service provider and retain limited professional marketing rights, including permitted setup/behind-the-scenes content, appropriate event content, business tagging and review requests where permitted. We will not intentionally bypass the referring partner to solicit the end client for the contracted event.
Full White-Label Fulfillment
Your brand stays front and center. No Luxe business cards, signage, QR codes, Luxe lead capture, direct solicitation, review requests or public promotion of the event as a Luxe booking without permission. Eligible event-facing assets may feature the partner or end-client branding.
2. Vintage Oakwood Photo Booth
Our vintage-style Oakwood booth supports photos, GIFs, boomerangs and digital sharing. Choose Digital Only or add professional on-site printing.

Unlimited Prints — Fulfillment Standard
“Unlimited Prints” means unlimited eligible photo sessions with printing available throughout the contracted service time; it does not mean unlimited duplicate copies from a single session.
- 2×6 Photo Strips: each print cycle produces two strips. Guests may receive up to two additional strips, for up to four strips total per eligible session.
- 4×6 Prints: one complimentary print per eligible session with the option to receive up to two additional copies, for up to three 4×6 prints total per eligible session.
Partners should ensure their client-facing contract accurately reflects the print fulfillment purchased from Luxe. Specialty layouts, additional duplicate-print requirements or unusually high-volume printing may require a custom production quote.
3. 360 Video Booth
Interactive 360 video experience with digital delivery. Pricing is based on active service time and operates independently from Oakwood Photo Booth pricing.

4. Keychain & Magnet Station
Available for events beginning December 5, 2026 — now accepting advance bookings.
Add an interactive keepsake station featuring personalized photo keychains and/or magnets. The station may be booked as a standalone activation or added to an Oakwood Photo Booth or 360 experience. Quantity-based partner pricing will be offered for 50, 75, 100 and 125 keepsakes, with larger/high-capacity activations custom quoted.
Final keepsake quantities, format, staffing and production requirements are confirmed with each booking. Custom charms, specialty branding and other upgrades may be quoted separately.
5. Enhancements & Customization
Build the client's experience with red carpet, props, standard or custom backdrops, custom overlays/print designs, branded booth screens, specialty fabrication, keychains/magnets where available and additional staffing. Enhancements and production upgrades are quoted separately unless specifically included in the selected package.
6. Half-Day, Full-Day & Multi-Day Activations
There is no 7-hour package. Events requiring more than 6 service hours move into our Half-Day Activation structure. Half Day covers up to 8 active service hours. Full-Day service of up to 12 hours is custom quoted.
We support 2-day, 3-day, 4-day, 5-day and 6–7 day activations. Multi-day activations are custom production quotes based on daily operating hours, staffing, equipment, setup/breakdown requirements, whether equipment can remain secured on-site, transportation, lodging, parking, tolls, storage/security, print/media consumption and other event logistics.
7. Event-Day Extensions
Additional service time is subject to Luxe Spin Studio's staffing, equipment, venue and scheduling availability and requires approval from the contracting Partner. Luxe will not independently sell additional service time to the Partner's end client.
Partner extension rate: $150 per additional hour, per active booth/service. The Partner independently determines and collects any retail amount charged to its client. If multiple services are operating, the extension charge applies separately to each service that remains active.
8. Coverage, Travel, Lodging & Logistics
Serving NYC, Long Island and New Jersey. Send the event ZIP code with each request. Travel, tolls, parking, lodging, freight/storage and extended-distance expenses are confirmed before booking when applicable.
9. Partner Contracts & Client Agreements
Luxe Spin Studio's agreement is with the company or individual hiring Luxe for partner/white-label fulfillment. The Partner maintains its own separate agreement and financial relationship with its end client. The Partner may set its own client-facing retail pricing; however, client promises affecting Luxe's fulfillment must remain within the services, quantities, hours and production scope purchased from Luxe.
Partner Protection
We respect the relationships our partners bring to us. Clients introduced through a partner remain partner-referred accounts for the applicable engagement. Full White-Label bookings are fulfilled without Luxe marketing or solicitation. Specific branding, confidentiality and non-solicitation requirements can also be documented in the booking agreement.

Provide the event date, service(s), service hours, venue/ZIP code, estimated guest count, print requirements or keepsake quantity where applicable, and preferred fulfillment option — Co-Branded or Full White Label. For multi-day activations, include the complete daily schedule and known lodging/logistics requirements.
Rates are partner fulfillment rates and may change for custom scopes, high-capacity events, specialty production, travel, parking, tolls, lodging or other event-specific requirements. Availability and pricing are not guaranteed until confirmed. Booking is not complete until the required agreement and payment/deposit are completed.
