Luxe Spin Studio Event Partnership Program

No traditional activation budget? We may still be able to partner.

Luxe Spin Studio is piloting a limited Event Partnership Program for select community events, nonprofits, galas, schools, festivals, markets, walks, fundraisers, and other high-traffic gatherings throughout New York City and Long Island.

For approved events, Luxe Spin Studio may provide a 2–3 hour guest experience without the organization purchasing a standard photo booth rental package. Instead, guests can choose to purchase optional photo keepsakes and select event products on-site.

How the Pilot Works

1. Your organization applies for an event partnership.
We review the event date, location, expected attendance, audience, event format, venue logistics, and whether on-site sales are permitted.

2. Approved events receive a custom activation plan.
Depending on the event, the experience may include our Oakwood DSLR Photo Booth, digital sharing, personalized event artwork, on-site photo printing, or select keepsake options.

3. Guests choose whether to purchase keepsakes.
The organization does not have to purchase an unlimited-print package. Guests may purchase eligible physical photo products directly from Luxe Spin Studio during the event.

4. Luxe Spin Studio handles the activation.
Our team coordinates setup, service, guest flow, payment collection, and breakdown based on the approved event plan.

Two Partnership Structures

Guest-Paid Event Partnership

The host organization pays no standard rental fee for the approved activation. Luxe Spin Studio offers optional guest purchases on-site and retains eligible sales revenue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fundraising Revenue Share

For select fundraising events, Luxe Spin Studio may offer an approved revenue-share structure where a portion of eligible on-site sales is returned to the organization. Revenue-share terms are customized by event and must be confirmed in writing before the event.

What We Look For

This program is designed for events where there is a realistic opportunity for guest engagement and on-site sales. Approval is based on the full event picture, not simply whether an organization has a limited budget.

Strong expected attendance — generally 150+ guests preferred for the pilot
2–3 hour activation window
Permission for Luxe Spin Studio to sell approved products on-site
No vendor fee for the approved Luxe activation unless agreed otherwise
Suitable indoor or weather-protected placement
Access to standard electrical power near the activation area
Reasonable load-in, setup, and breakdown access
Permission for visible Luxe Spin Studio branding and booking information
Clear venue contact and event-day point person

Before You Apply

The Event Partnership Program is limited and approval is not guaranteed. Luxe Spin Studio may decline an event based on travel, staffing, attendance, venue requirements, timing, weather, equipment availability, projected operating costs, or an existing paid booking opportunity.

Travel, tolls, parking, permits, special insurance requirements, power rentals, outdoor protection, extended setup, or other event-specific costs may require reimbursement or a custom arrangement.

Participation in this pilot does not create a standing free-service agreement for future events. Each event is reviewed separately.

Why We Are Piloting This

Luxe Spin Studio is a growing small business, and we want to create more ways to work with organizations that may not have room in their event budget for a traditional activation. This pilot lets us test a guest-supported model while still providing a polished, professional experience.
