DJ Wholesale Fulfillment Guide
You manage the client. We deliver the photo experience.
Wholesale fulfillment is offered to approved DJs and MCs. Prices below are for two, three or four active service hours and are subject to event availability, written scope, location and signed agreement. This page does not accept checkout or reserve a date.

Longer durations, multiple booths, extended activations and additional staffing are quoted separately. Custom artwork and special travel are not included in the prices above.
What's Included
- Agreed booth equipment and on-site attendant
- Delivery, setup, operation and breakdown under standard agreed local conditions
- Standard backdrop and props for Oakwood packages
- Digital sharing and event gallery where supported by the agreed package
- Standard printing for Oakwood Print bookings: two 2×6 strips or one 4×6 print per eligible session, plus up to one extra copy on request
- Loading and testing one final approved, production-ready overlay supplied by the DJ
What the DJ Handles
- Client acquisition, retail pricing, sales and end-client contract
- Collecting payments and managing client questions, changes and approvals
- Venue, parking, access, power, internet and booth space coordination
- Providing final approved overlay artwork and event details on time
- Providing an event-day point of contact
Quoted Separately
Custom overlay design, revisions, welcome screens, logo recreation, printing upgrades, keepsakes, premium backdrops, custom props, complex loading, parking, extended travel and additional staffing. Extra service time is available only with approval and is quoted for the event.
Booking & Payment
Luxe Spin Studio contracts with the DJ business for fulfillment, not the end client. The DJ handles their own client relationship and is responsible for payments under the signed agreement. Scope, artwork deadlines, changes, cancellation terms and liability allocation are governed by that agreement. Wholesale bookings do not also earn referral commission or client-perks discounts.
