🤝 Luxe Spin Studio Commission Partner Program
Refer qualified clients. We track the referral. You earn commission when the service is completed.
This private program is designed for approved venues, event spaces, planners, businesses, hospitality teams, and other professional partners who recommend Luxe Spin Studio.
💰 Commission
Approved Commission Partners receive the commission rate assigned to their partnership. The individual rate is confirmed when the partner relationship is established.
Commission is calculated on the eligible service subtotal only. Taxes, gratuities, travel fees, card-processing fees, refunds, and other non-commissionable charges are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
🔑 Your Referral Code
Each approved partner receives a unique referral code to give to referred clients. The code identifies and tracks the referring partner.
A referral code is not automatically a client discount code. Unless specifically stated, it is for commission tracking only.
📲 How It Works
1. Refer a client.
Recommend Luxe Spin Studio for a qualifying event or service.
2. Share your code.
The referred client provides your unique referral code when contacting or booking with us.
3. We document the referral.
The booking is connected to your partner account.
4. Service is completed.
The client completes the booked service and the qualifying booking is paid in full.
5. Commission becomes payable.
Your commission is processed after completion of the qualifying service.
💵 When Is Commission Paid?
Commission is earned and paid only after the referred client's qualifying booked service has been completed and the booking has been paid in full.
Deposits, retainers, inquiries, quotes, pending bookings, cancelled events, refunded services, fraudulent transactions, and charged-back transactions do not qualify for commission payout.
✅ Qualified Referrals
The referral must be a genuine qualifying opportunity attributable to the approved partner. Clients already actively communicating with Luxe Spin Studio, holding an active quote, or already in our booking process for the same event may not qualify as a new referral.
↔️ Non-Exclusive Partnership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participation is non-exclusive.
📌 Referral Tracking
Clients should provide the assigned referral code at inquiry or booking. If omitted, Luxe Spin Studio may use documented introductions, emails, messages, or other reasonable records to determine attribution. One qualifying booking receives one commission payout unless otherwise agreed.
💗 Partner Terms
Participation and commission rates are subject to approval by Luxe Spin Studio. Luxe Spin Studio may determine referral eligibility, resolve duplicate claims, update future program terms, and remove participants when necessary to protect program integrity.
