Package 1: The Classic Oak Print Experience

Package 2: The Premium Oak Print Experience

Our upgraded print experience provides additional print options and a more personalized guest experience.

• Choice of traditional 2 x 6 photo strips or 4 x 6 photo prints
• Social-sharing station allowing guests to instantly text or email their photos

• Expanded selection of high-quality standard or themed photo booth props
• Priority template design
• Pre-event planning consultation
• Priority booking and event preparation

Fully customized props, specialty print formats, premium templates, and additional design services are available for an additional fee.

Print Policy

“Unlimited” refers to unlimited photo booth sessions during the contracted service period.

The number of physical prints provided depends on the package selected:

• The Classic Oak Print Experience includes one 2 x 6 photo strip for each guest pictured.
• The Premium Oak Print Experience includes one printed copy for every guest pictured.

Reprints requested after the event, duplicate print sets, specialty print sizes, magnets, acrylic frames, photo-strip holders, and other keepsakes may be purchased separately.

Guest Count and Print Coverage

Pricing is based on the contracted event duration, expected guest count, selected print format, and standard equipment requirements.

Events with a high guest count, continuous printing needs, multiple print stations, or specialty print requests may require an upgraded package or additional equipment fee.

Please provide an accurate estimated guest count before booking so we can recommend the best experience for your event.

Travel and Venue Requirements

Travel fees apply to events located more than 15 miles outside our standard service area.

The client is responsible for providing:

• A safe and level setup area
• Access to a reliable electrical outlet
• Adequate space for the booth, printer station, props, and guest line
• Venue approval for photo booth installation
• Protection from rain, wind, excessive heat, and other weather conditions for outdoor events

Outdoor services may require a tent, enclosed structure, or weather-approved backup location.

Booking and Payment

A nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.

Your remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule listed in your service agreement. Your date is not secured until the retainer and signed agreement have been received.

Availability is limited and offered on a first-booked, first-served basis.

Custom Packages

Every event is different. Custom packages are available based on your venue, location, guest count, event duration, equipment requirements, print quantity, and requested enhancements.

Custom packages come with custom pricing. Equipment, printing supplies, design work, staffing, transportation, setup, breakdown, event coverage, and professional expertise all contribute to the final investment.
